About these terms

These terms apply to the ABC Adventure website and any mobile preview provided by Stellar Corporate LLC. The app supports children ages 3–7; adults should manage installation, settings and decisions involving personal information. These terms are directed to adults with authority to use the service for themselves and their family. A child's play or button tap is not treated as legal parental consent.

Please read these terms and our privacy policy before using the service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or preview. Rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain available.

Current availability

ABC Adventure is in development for iPhone, iPad and Android. Public app-store downloads are not available yet. Preview features, artwork and supported devices may change. Product illustrations and previews show examples; they are not a promise of a launch date or of a feature that is labeled planned.

There are currently no purchases or subscriptions on this website or in the preview described here. Any future paid offering will identify its price and applicable store terms before purchase. Nothing here authorizes a charge.

Using ABC Adventure

You may use the website and any lawfully obtained app preview for personal, noncommercial learning and family use. An adult must register a parent account to use the mobile app and keep the credentials private. Initial registration, sign-in, password reset and account deletion need internet access; an existing signed-in session supports offline learning. Keep devices reasonably secure and supervise children as appropriate. Do not use the service to break the law, harm others, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, or distribute malicious software.

Learning activities provide playful practice. We do not guarantee a particular educational outcome or suitability for every learner. ABC Adventure is not a substitute for professional educational, developmental or medical assessment.

Photos, names and personalization

Only add a photo or information you are authorized to use. Avoid unnecessary personal information and other people's private details. You retain your rights in material you choose for a local profile; these terms do not transfer ownership of your child's photo or grant permission to publish it.

The current profile feature stores selected material locally. Live AI character generation is not enabled. Parent-controlled learning progress sync is available as described in the privacy policy. If an online feature is introduced, its data handling and any additional permission will be explained in the parent flow before use. Website demonstration artwork does not imply that every visitor's child can currently be generated or featured.

Artwork and other content

ABC Adventure branding, site design, software, illustrations and learning content are owned by or licensed to Stellar Corporate LLC, except for rights retained by others. Permission to use the product does not grant permission to redistribute or commercially exploit its assets. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses; for example, the bundled Baloo 2 font is distributed under its Open Font License.

Restrictions in these terms do not limit uses or rights expressly permitted by applicable law or an applicable open-source license.

Devices, external services and links

Your device, internet provider, operating system, email provider and any future app store have their own terms. You are responsible for charges those services impose. External links are provided for information; their content and information practices are controlled by their operators.

The website's contact links open your email application. Contacting support is optional and is not a subscription or marketing signup.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a useful experience, but a development preview may contain errors or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, the website and preview are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. No blanket waiver of a child's rights, mandatory arbitration requirement or class-action waiver is imposed by these terms.

Changes and ending use

We may update the site or preview as the product develops. Material changes to these terms will be identified by an updated date and additional notice where required. New personal-information practices will be handled through the privacy notice and any required consent, not simply by changing these terms.

You can stop using the service at any time. Use the app's parent-area deletion controls to remove its local profile before uninstalling if you want to clear that data; device and provider backups are managed separately. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or security risks, subject to applicable law.
